Obituary

GERALD EDWARD CLARK, age 88, of Washington C.H., passed away at 11:52 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at St. Catherine's Manor in Washington C.H. and is on his way to Heaven to meet his wife, the love of his life. He was born on August 28, 1936, in South Lebanon, he was the son of the late Robert V. and Freda Goodpastor Clark. On November 21, 1959, he married the former Wilma Cox, who preceded him in death on February 5, 2021.

Gerald received his associate's degree in art from Sinclair Community College and retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton where he worked as an Illustrator. He bravely served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Air Force and was a member of Center Christian Church in Jeffersonville.

In addition to his parents and his loving wife of more than sixty-one years, Gerald is preceded in death by his sister and brother in-law, Billie and Ed Riehle.

In keeping with Gerald's wishes, cremation has taken place, and no viewing or services will be held. The family will hold a private burial service in Highlawn Cemetery at their convenience.
