GERALD EUGENE MUSTARD, age 69, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 at 6:00 a.m. at the Grant Medical Center. He was born on April 15, 1947 in Fayette County to the late Charles and Margurite Althouse Mustard. Gerald is survived by Cheryl Lynn Mustard; friends Eddie Barnette of Michigan, Pam Paul and Robert Curnutte of Washington CH and David Penn of Humbolt. Also surviving are special caregivers, Betty and Kent Litteral of Washington CH. Burial of the cremains will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Washington Cemetery with David Penn officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
