GRAYSON MICHAEL VANSLYKE, age 7 days, received his angel wings on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 8:35 a.m. at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus.

He was born on April 6, 2018 in Franklin County to Keith Lawrence Vanslyke and Cathy Lynn Moore White. Grayson will be dearly missed by his parents, siblings, and family friends.

Grayson was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marvin Moore.

Survivors include his parents; sister, Kelly Jo Lyons; and brother, Jacob Lee White.

In keeping with his family's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
