HOMER QUEEN, age 81, of Washington Court House, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023 at his home. He was born on January 8, 1942 in Gallia County, Ohio to the late Harold and Annie (Patterson) Queen. On May 31, 1969, he married the former Carolyn Ward who precedes him in death.

Survivors include his daughters; Sandy Queen and Annette DeBarr both of Washington Court House; his grandchildren, Jackie Queen and Caroline DeBarr; his great-great grandson, Tristan Queen and his sister, Edna Queen. Homer is also survived by his special dog, Jo Jo.

In addition to his parents and his wife, Homer is also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Summers Funeral Home.
