Obituary
HOWARD H. BURBANK, age 80, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 6:49 a.m. at Four Seasons of Washington CH Nursing and Rehab Unit.
He was born on February 23, 1939 in Hamilton County to the late Howard H. Burbank Sr. and Ruby Ashbrook Burbank.
A graveside committal service will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Pastor Jay Lucas officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
