JACK E. MICHAEL, age 66, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 2:59 p.m. at the OSU Wexner James Cancer Center. He was born on November 7, 1948 in Fayette County to Fred and Frances Lindsey Michael. He was a 1966 Miami Trace High School graduate. He had been employed by New Sabina Industries and was also an independent satellite installer. He enjoyed all types of electronics, Nascar and spending time with his grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by parents, siblings Bill Michael, Donald Michael, Larry Rayburn and Toni Michael and father-in-law, Hank Anders. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Anders Michael, whom he married on July 4, 1988; his children Amy L. Michael, Jack E. (Anna) Michael, Jimmy E. (Courtney) Ellars IV and Brandan L. (Kelli) Ellars; grandchildren Kade Rinehart, Kyler Trefz, Jacob Michael, Calee Ellars, Cameron Ellars and Carleigh Ellars; siblings Donna (Mike) Wright, Danny (Terry) Michael and Michelle (Sean) Peters; mother-in-law Nancy Anders as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
