JACK L. RAYBURN, age 58, of Bradenton, Florida, originally from Washington CH, passed away on Friday, September 18, 2015. He was born on April 12, 1957 in Tucson, Arizona to the late Jack and Doris Hamilton Rayburn. Survivors include his mother, Doris Rayburn, of Bradenton, Florida; daughter Brittany Rayburn, and grandchildren Hailey, and Ian Kemper. The graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the White Oak Grove Cemetery in Buena Vista with Elder Marvin White officiating.
