JAY A. CRUMMY, age 57, of Columbus, formerly of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, April 29, 2016 at his home. He was born on July 27, 1958 in Butler, Pennsylvania to the late Lyle John and Darlene Chambers Crummy. He was a 1976 Miami Trace High School graduate and a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design. While in high school, he was an outstanding wrestler. He enjoyed studying meteorites, google maps and land formations. Survivors include his siblings, Debra (Jim) McDonald, Vickie Crummy, and Connie (Bobby) Seymour; several nieces and nephews; and close friends, Suzanne Ellenberger, Brandon Jackson and Terry Doodan. Also surviving is his canine companion, Katie. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
