It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Ann Cowgill of Cambridge / Washington Court House, Ohio announce her unexpected passing on August 20th, 2023.  Jean was born April 24th, 1952 to Richard and Isabelle Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her son Chuck (Amy) Cowgill of Centerville, Ohio,  Courtney (Corey) Dye of Washington Court House, Ohio as well as her grandkids, Trayce Cowgill, Kendall Dye, Bryce Cowgill, Karris Dye and Reece Cowgill.   She is also survived by her sister Pat (Tom) Palmer and brother Dick (Gale) Johnson and their respective families.

Jean/ Mom/ Memaw Jean had an infectious smile she took with her wherever she went.  She had a kind heart that provided advice, support or food whenever it was needed.  She was a great mom, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many.  She loved attending the sporting events of her grandkids, visits with her brother and sister as well as lunches with her friends.  We will all cherish these special memories and miss her immensely.

Calling hours will be held Sunday August 27th, 2023 from 12pm to 2pm at Bundy-Law Funeral Home in Cambridge, Ohio with a memorial service beginning at 2pm.
