JEFFREY JAMES MATSON, age 63, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at 3:02 p.m. at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. He was born on March 21, 1953 in Washington CH to Dave and Mary Kingery Matson. He was a 1971 graduate of Washington Senior High School. He had worked at Mac Tools. He loved music, playing the guitar and was in the band, "Loose Caboose". Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, brothers David M. Matson II and Gregory Matson. Survivors include daughter, Jamie Lee Matson, grandchildren, and his brother, Doug, and his wife, Marsha Matson as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The burial will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
