JERRY R. DUGGER, age 57, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the St. Catherine's Manor Nursing Home. He was born on January 3, 1957 in Baltimore City, MD to the late James and Ina Elswick Dugger. Survivors include his siblings Gregory Dugger, James Dugger Jr., twin brother Jeff Dugger, Lisa Perez and Kathy Mooney as well as nine nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Lesa Karber, Neil Wolfe, Sherry and Bobby Newton, Barbara and Mike Straight and Billie and John Terry. The graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
