JERRY NEIL EBY, age 12 days, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

He was born on April 30, 2026 in Dayton, Ohio to Larry Dean and Louetta Ferne (Horst) Eby.

Survivors include his parents; his sisters, Twila, Maria, and Erica; paternal grandparents, Mahlon and Debra Eby; and maternal grandparents, Ronald and Joylin Horst. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of family friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Good Hope Mennonite Church, 3203 Bogus Rd. SE, Washington CH, OH 43160. A gathering of family and friends will be held after the service.
