JEWEL LYNN PENWELL, age 37, of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 10:11 p.m. at the Adena Greenfield Medical Center. Her death was sudden an unexpected.

She was born on November 5, 1984 in Fayette County to Mark and Donette (Everhart) Edenfield. Jewel was last employed at Adient in Greenfield. She enjoyed playing games on her phone and spending time with her grandson, Case.

Jewel was preceded in death by her mother, Donette Everhart; grandmother, Doris Everhart; and grandfather, John Edenfield.

Survivors include her husband, Robbie Penwell; children, Baylee E. Edenfield, Samantha J. Woody, and Chance Applegate; grandson, Case Wesley Mathews; siblings, Danielle Dawson, Christina (Tommy) Strahler, and Timothy Alltop; and grandparents, Anthony Crawford and Betty Cadwallader. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
