JOSHUA ANTHONY "BIGGINS" JONES, age 32, of Columbus, formerly of Washington CH, passed away from this life on Sunday, February 16, 2020.

He was born on April 17, 1987 in Fayette County to Deen Abdul Malik and Pamela Diane Jones. He was a 2005 graduate of Washington High School. Joshua had worked in construction for most of his adult years. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, being with his children, and was an avid Ohio State fan.

Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Deen Malik; and maternal grandparents, Russ and Diane Jones.

Survivors include his mother, Pam Jones; children, Malachi Jones, Arianna Jones, and Kapri Jones; siblings, Tyler Jones, Tearayne Jones, Bacardi Jones, Jasmine Malik, Dwayne Garrett, and Ryan Luckett; paternal grandmother, Hadiyah Jabir; mother of his children, Melinda Degenkolb; and best friends, Andrew Barnes, and Joshua Stump. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
