JOSHUA JACOB WHITE, age 17, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on April 13, 1999 in Columbus, Ohio to parents, Hank and Mollie Myers White. He was a member of the Junior Class at Miami Trace High School, and a member of the Grace Community Church. Josh was involved with the jazz lab where he played the piano and the trombone. He also had been involved with the marching band, the 4-H club "Funny Farmers", was very active in the New Martinsburg Church youth group. He was involved with the music ministry at "The Well". Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Mollie White, brother Kevin White and Aunt Linda Myers. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Hank and Gamma White; siblings, Ann White, Brian (Chesa) White, Sonya (James) Johnston and Dani White; Aunts and Uncles, Richard and Carolyn White and their daughter, Michelle, Katie and Bill Morris, and Gary Myers; nephews, Mark Quinn and son Mason, Zane, Adren, Briar and Jonathan White, and Rowin Johnston; grandmother, Gloria White as well as a host of friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Grace Community Church with Pastor Jay Lucas officiating. Friends and family may call at the church from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Well at Sunnyside, 721 S. Fayette St., Washington CH, OH 43160.
