JOY D. SMITH, age 33, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the Grant Medical Center. She was born on August 7, 1981 in Greene County to Guy and Karen Moore Allen. She was preceded in death by her father and her husband Johnny Richard Smith. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Karen and Samuel Ross, children Johnny Smith Jr. and Macayla Bales and brothers, Kenneth Allen and Jeffrey Allen. The graveside committal service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Pastor Jeremy Griffith officiating.
