JUDITH MARVINE "JUDY" ROBERTS, age 73, of Jeffersonville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 10:27 p.m. at her home.

She was born on May 10, 1945 in Clark County to Ronald Eugene "Gene" and Janet Irene Stillings Matthews. She was a 1963 graduate of Miami Trace High School. Judy had worked for Fayette Ambulance Service and volunteered her time at the Fayette County Life Squad as an Emergency Medical Technician. She had been a long-time member at the Heritage Memorial Church. Judy was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed photography, traveling, entertaining at holidays, cooking, baking, and being with her family and grandchildren.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Tyler Fall; step-father, Raymond "Fuzzy" Penwell; and step-sister, Janet Conry.

Survivors include her husband, Darrell Eugene Roberts, whom she married on March 28, 1964; children, Darrell (Renee) Roberts, and Renee (Jeff) St. John; grandchildren, Joshua Roberts, Zachery Roberts, Cameron Fall, Daniel Yeoman, Hannah St. John, and Eli St. John; and siblings, Ronette (Emmitt) Mick, and Nikki Brill. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Heritage Memorial Church with Pastor Bruce Morrison and Rev. Joe Duvall officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Thursday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
