JUDY KAY HESS, age 56, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 2:06 p.m. at her home.

She was born on July 12, 1964 in Greenfield, Ohio to Jerry and Nancy Parshall Elliott. She was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. Judy owned and operated her own cleaning business for several years. She had attended the McNair Presbyterian Church in Washington CH. She enjoyed line-dancing, going to car races, and being with her family and grandchildren.

Survivors include her parents, Jerry Elliott and Nancy Jordan; son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Laci Hess; grandchildren, Lexi Hess, Brock Gilpen, and Brentley Hess; brother, Frank Elliott; and uncle, Wallace Parshall. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The graveside committal service will be held at the White Oak Grove Cemetery on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2:30 p.m.
