JUDY L. JACK, age 69, of Xenia, formerly of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 3:29 p.m. at the Greene Memorial Hospital.
She was born on June 29, 1945 in Greene County to Melvin and Clara Barney Daulton. She had worked as a waitress for many years in various restaurants including the Royal Castle at 35 and 71. She was an avid bowler, loved playing bingo and was CB radio enthusiast and her handle was "Sneaky Snake". She also loved music, especially George Jones.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Ahmed Mahmoud, brother Kenneth Daulton and her companion and friend of many years, John "Scotty" Munro.
Survivors include her children Angie Mahmoud, Keith (Marsha) Jacoby, Tracy Jacoby and her friend Donnie Johnson and Billie Jo Jack; 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters Marilyn Smith and Karen (Herb) Bashore; special friend DeeDee Lovejoy as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
The graveside committal service will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Highlawn Cemetery. At Judy's request, there will be no viewing.
