KADEN EUGENE HUGHES, age 12, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on September 8, 2003 in Fayette County to David Merritt and Angela Hughes. He would have been entering the 7th grade at Washington Middle School. He loved playing video games, riding his bicycle and animals, especially his cat Emily. Kaden was always a happy boy with a big imagination. Survivors include his parents Dave and Angela; siblings, Blake, Kyle and Kyler, Brooke, Kaylin, Kiera, Kierstine and Krista; grandparents, Danny and Paula Merritt, Michael Danko and Linda Hughes; and special friend, Katelyn, as well as cousins and host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Community Church, 525 Glenn Ave., Washington CH, OH 43160, with Pastor Jay Lucas, Pastor Paul Crichton and Paul Bain, with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
