KAMI SUE DAWSON, age 49, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

She was born on June 27, 1973 in Fayette County to Ronald Eugene and Beverly Sue (Manbevers) Dawson. She was a 1992 graduate of Washington High School. Kami was currently employed at Amazon in Columbus. She grew up attending South Side Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Surviving family members include her parents, Ron and Bev Dawson; siblings, Jeff (Kimberly) Dawson, David Dawson, and Tami Dawson and her boyfriend, Greg Miller; nieces and nephews, Tobin (Kylee) Dawson, Kristina Dawson, Harlee Snyder, Charles Austin Wayne Smith, and Kennedy (Tori) Lamke; and special great niece, Alexis Dawson. Also surviving are several great nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Summers Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
