KEITH A. EVANS, age 52, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 12:08 p.m. at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.

He was born on January 21, 1969 in Fayette County to Dale and Carol (Henry) Evans. He was a graduate of East Clinton and Laurel Oaks. Keith had worked several different factory jobs. He enjoyed singing, dancing, and being with his family.

Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua C. Evans.

Survivors include his father, Dale Evans; his mother and step-father, Carol (Steve) Haines; daughter, Rhea A. Evans; siblings, James E. Evans, Jeanine (John) Crow, Shannon (David) Snyder Scott, Bryan Haines, Mike Haines, and Mary Haines; nieces, Kelsey, Bethany, Brooke, and Bridget; and nephew, Marcus. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Hodge officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
