KENNETH LEE MITCHELL, age 72, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.

He was born on June 22, 1950, in Fayette County to the late Willard James and Maxine Ruby (Bunch) Mitchell. Kenneth worked as a sanitation driver in the local area for many years. He enjoyed rebuilding vehicles, going to yard sales with his wife, "tinkering" in his garage, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his siblings, Barbara Whaley, Iva Tucker, Hazel Slusher, Bud Mitchell, and William Bunch.

Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Lou (Newland) Mitchell, whom he married on February 18, 1987; children, Kenneth Scott Mitchell, Craig Allen Mitchell, Lige Browning, Angela Kidder, and Mary Jane Browning; grandchildren, Cory Ray Williams, and Barbara Marie Williams; great-grandchildren, Bailey Mae Massie, and Madaline Marie Riehle; special nephew, Jimmy Stubbs, Jr.; and his best friend, Charles D. Fitch. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal services.
