KRISTAL DAWN MCCULLAH, age 34, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at 5:20 p.m. at her home.

She was born on July 27, 1985 in Fayette County to Harold "Butch" McCullah and Chris Calhun Sheridan. She had attended Miami Trace High School and also had been employed by Sugar Creek Packing. She enjoyed spending time with her daughter and with her family and visiting the Zoo.

Survivors include her daughter, Karley Penn; siblings, Mike West, Lacey (Chad) Minney, and Frank (Ashley) McCullah; nieces and nephews, Kodi and Cassie West, Andrew McCullah, Caylee Minney, Madison West, Chance Minney, Mya McCullah, and Liam McCullah; great-niece and nephew, Clayton McCullah and Bristol West. Also surviving is her significant other and father of her child, Nick Penn.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Kathy and Jason Yoakum officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
