LARRY GILFORD CHURCH, age 80, of Washington CH, went home to be with is Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at 7:59 p.m. at his home.

He was born on February 13, 1940 in Mingo County, West Virginia to Charles and Dorothy Ooten Church. Larry proudly served his country in the US Navy from 1958-1961. He worked as a welder for most of his life. Larry attended the Grace Community Church in South Solon, Ohio. His family described him as always being the "jokester" of the family. He enjoyed making people laugh, going to church, singing, and being with his family.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; and his maternal grandmother who had raised him since birth.

Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce Lynn Merrill Church, whom he married on October 12, 1984; children, Christine Lowe, Michael (Barbie) Church, Monica Wickham-Church, Paul Beaumont, Jackie Beaumont, and Annette Beaumont; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and aunt, Raynell Butcher.

A private funeral service will be held for immediate family and burial will take place at the Sunset Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio at a later date.
