LARRY EUGENE SEYMOUR, age 77, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 3:07 p.m. at the St. Catherine's Manor.

He was born on June 29, 1940 in Fayette County to the late David and Alberta Paul Seymour. He had worked at the Cudahay Cheese Factory and the Colonial Stair Company. He enjoyed watching TV, working in his yard, going out to eat, but especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy Sue East Seymour, whom he married in 1961, his children; Cheryl Merritt and Ronald E. Seymour; grandchildren, Jamie Merritt and her fiancé Justin Stevens, Ashley Dean and her fiancé Teddy Higginbotham Jr., Chad Merritt, and Tracy Phillips; great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Jason Jr., Macy, Hailey, Jacob, Kayden, Braylon, and Kaitlyn, as well as several siblings.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Butcher officiating with burial to follow at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
