LAURA ANN GROVE, age 63, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on November 27, 1958 in San Francisco, California to the late George and Frances (Solari) Smeltzer. Laura worked as the Safety Manager at R+L Carriers for 21 years and retired earlier this year. Laura was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, shopping, feeding her hummingbirds, butterflies, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Charles Grove, whom she married on September 16, 1984; her children, Michael (Mona) Dexter, Amy (Jeremy) Pagett, and Aleta Dexter; grandchildren, Logan, Madison, Alexis, Porter, Austin, Allison, and Loryn; siblings, Linda (Warren) Crosby, Neil (Marcie) Smeltzer, and Jacob Smeltzer; special cousin, Roberta Baumgardner; and special niece, Alycia Wimer. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
