LEROY JAMES TOPPINS, age 2, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015. He was born on September 19, 2012 in Hillsboro to Dustin and Anna Karber Toppins. He was a fun loving little guy who enjoyed jumping in mud puddles, playing ball, loved his dog "Spot", four-wheelers and his favorite cartoon, Paw Patrol. Leroy is survived by his parents, his brother Trevon Toppins; grandparents Lesa "MeMe" Karber, Neil "Pap" Wolfe, Craig "Pap" Karber and Vickie West, Nikki and Roger Camp; Aunt Effie, cousins TyTy, Willie, WyWy, Dallas, Alexis, Camden, Aiden and Kaiden as well as extended family and friends. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Heritage Memorial Church with Joy Stanforth and Todd Wallace officiating with burial to follow at the Sugar Grove Methodist Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
