LEWIS DWAYNE WILSON, age 84, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 9:21 a.m. at his daughter's home.

He was born on May 31, 1933 in Fayette County to Marion and Arizona Stiffler Wilson. He had worked at the Coffman Stair Company in Jeffersonville for many years and also at Pennington Bread in Washington CH. Lewis was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed gardening, camping, sitting by the fire, and being with his family.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, and seven brothers.

Survivors include his children, Cathy Wilson, Mike Wilson, and Jeff Wilson; grandchildren, Marisa (Bob) Faries, Jeff (Hannah) Wilson, and Dusty Wilson; great-grandchildren, Dashaun, Ashley, and Ariel Faries, Jenna Grace, and Sophia Wilson.

In keeping with Mr. Wilson's wishes, cremation will be observed. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at Highlawn Cemetery.
