LINDA JANE BONHAM, age 75, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 at her home. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

She was born on October 12, 1949 in Pickaway County, Ohio to the late Ray and Zona (Clevenger) Brill. Linda retired from Walmart where she had worked as a cashier and sales associate. She was a longtime member of the American Legion Post 25 and The Fraternal Order of Eagles. She enjoyed vacationing with her late husband, spending time with her family and grandchildren, and she adored her faithful canine companion, Bubby.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, James Edward Bonham, whom she married on May 29, 1990; son, Johnny R. Hurley; and siblings, Connie Farmer, Jack Brill, Marvin Brill, Ronald Brill, Robert Brill, Gabe Brill, and Harry Brill.

Survivors include her children, Dan (Barb) Hurley, and Kim (Mark) Bryant; grandchildren, Brittany (Mike), Josh (Lizzie), Amanda (Chris), Eryn (Marshall), Kasey (Brad), Bailey (Kendall), Tanner (Trey), and Josh Cordell; fifteen great-grandchildren; and siblings, Lug Brill of Texas, and Grace Duncan of Newark, Ohio. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Conley officiating with burial to follow at the Good Hope Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
