LISA KAY SULLIVAN, age 50, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her home.

She was born on March 11, 1966 in Fayette County to Charles Herbert King and Carletta Kay McConkey King Large.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her mother, Carletta Large; husband, Donald Sullivan; long time companion, Perry Rinehart; children, Dustin Sullivan and Brittany Sullivan; two grandchildren, Draven and Zaden Sullivan; siblings, Michelle (Gary) Jackson, Charles H. "Bub" King Jr., and Edwin (Lenora) King. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Kathy Yoakum and Jason Yoakum officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service.
