LOIS JEAN RAYPOLE, age 75, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 5:57 p.m. at her home

She was born on March 10, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio to Clyde and Nola Bonner Webb. Lois was a 1961 graduate of Chapmanville Regional High School in West Virginia and later attended Southern State Community College where she received her degree in nursing. She had worked as an LPN at Case Convalescent Center until her retirement. Lois had attended the Church of Christ on SR 38. She enjoyed crocheting, watching old movies, and being with her family and grandchildren.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Charles Raypole.

Survivors include her children, Norma Raypole, and Laura (Tracy) Cox; grandchildren, Tracy Lynne (Joe) Bettle, Stephenie Cox; great-grandchildren, Ethen and Riley Beetle; sister, Joy (Bill) Burr; cousins, Peggy (Marion) Jones; and her long-time high school friend, Flora Jane.

The graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating. In keeping with Mrs. Raypole's wishes, cremation has taken place.
