Margaret "Margie" Raymond Stickel, age 71, of Jeffersonville, passed away on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, from a hard-fought battle with breast cancer. She was born on September 29th, 1953, in Evanston, Illinois to her parents Spencer Raymond and Priscilla (Henry) Apfelbach, who survive.

Margie was a 1972 graduate of New Trier High School East and continued her education in Political Science at Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating in 1976. When she was not chasing around and playing with her grandchildren, Margie enjoyed cross stitching and reading.

Margie was preceded in death by the father of her children, Dennis Stickel.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her siblings, Anan (Elisabeth) Raymond, Elizabeth Raymond (Paul Hybel), Daniel (Kelli) Raymond; her children, Spencer (Ingrid) Stickel, William (Hannah) Stickel, Priscilla Stickel and Garrett (Courtney) Stickel; her stepson, Jason Stickel and nephews Spencer Raymond, Wendel Raymond, Nicolas Hybel, and David Raymond. But most importantly, survived by her grandchildren Kyah, Lilliah, Addison, Eila, Levi, Aubree, Ava, Zoey-Violet, Aria, and Amelia.

In keeping with Margie's wishes, cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Gathering will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12:00p.m. - 4:00p.m. at the Jeffersonville Lions Club, 1 Railroad Street, Jeffersonville, Ohio 43128.
