MARIETTA FRANKLIN, age 84, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 12:30 a.m. at the Court House Manor Nursing Home. She was born on August 15, 1930 in Fayette County to Thomas and Daisy Henry Franklin. She loved her stuffed animals and all types of dogs. Marietta was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Paul Franklin. She is survived by her sister and her husband, Harriett and John Baker; nephews Mark Franklin and Glenn Franklin all of Washington CH, and Carl Baker of Indiana as well as several great nieces and nephews. A graveside committal service will be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Deer Creek Cemetery in Lafayette, Ohio with Joe Current officiating.
