MARILYN HELEN DALER, age 90, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022 at her home. She was born on April 16, 1932 in Kansas and was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lucinda (Behrman) Johnson. On September 1, 1956 she married the love of her life Wilbert A. Daler who precedes her in death.

Survivors include her daughters; Dawn Hunt of Washington Court House, Denise Freeman of Bellbrook, Christy Daler of California and stepdaughter; Linda Barton of Dayton, her seven grandchildren; Darci (Travis) Moore, Desiree (Adam) Reno, Deanna (Adam) Knisley, Deidra (Jordan Tipton) Hunt, Cliff Owens, Argi (Kevin) Kasch, and Drew Doggett. Also surviving are fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Special caregiver; Donnel Weaver and special nurse from Hospice of Fayette County; Maria Free and special caregiver from hospice; CJ LeMaster. Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister; Marjorie Weinstock.

Marilyn attended Delaware Hays High School, then went on to receive her teaching degree from Miami University. She had worked as an educator but spent most of her life caring for her family at home. She attended the Anchor Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her friends at the senior citizens center. Marilyn also enjoyed singing with the Sweet Adaline's Singing Group and loved being with her family and friends.

In keeping with Marilyn's wishes, cremation has taken place and burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
