MARTHA BENNETT, age 77, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 8:55 p.m. at Signature Health Care where she had resided for the past six years. She was born on February 18, 1939 in Columbus, Ohio. She had worked at Giovanni's Pizza and Auburn Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of the First Church of God on Harrison St. and also to Alcoholics Anonymous. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Martha was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Velma Gregory and Ralph Coates, her husband Pearl Bennett, infant son, Mark Forsyth. Survivors include her daughter Crystal Bennett Welsh and her fiancé Scott Duffy and her children Gary, Robert, James and Teresa Forsyth; grandchildren Paige Bennett, Jacob Welsh and Mollee Duffy; half-brother Herman Pack and step-brother, Richard Coates. The graveside service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at the Waterloo Cemetery.
