MILDRED "MILLIE" M. SNYDER, age 85, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Catherine's Manor. She was on August 2, 1929 in Fayette County to Charles and Bessie Mann Baker. She retired from Bond's Clothing in Columbus as a fashion coordinator. She was a member of the South Side Church of Christ where she was active in the choir and the ladies Sunday school class. She loved music and singing. Millie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edgar Snyder, brothers Albert, Carl, Robert, Charles and Russ Baker and sister, Laura Weesel. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Susie and Clyde Miller; grandchildren Karla (Michael) Villareal, Angela (David) Delaplane and Joshua (Jessica) Miller; great-grandchildren Izzy Miller, Carys and Caedmon Delaplane, Zatanna and Stella Miller; sister Betty Powers; special cousins Dr. Jerry Mann, special friends including Teresa Combs, John and Judy Helton and Jeff Dunlap as well as several nephews and three nieces and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the South Side Church of Christ with Danny Dodds officiating. Friends may call at the church on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
