MOLLIE WHITE, age 70, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 at her home. She was born on November 13, 1943 in Columbus to Wood and Inez Keister Myers. She was a registered nurse and had been a foster parent for over 47 years. She was a member of the Grace Community Church and was a graduate of the White Cross School of Nursing. She was an avid reader, a children's advocate and a professional mother to hundreds of foster children. Mollie was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Kevin White. Survivors include her husband Hank White, whom she married on September 26, 1964; children Brian (Chesa) White, Ann White, Sonya White, Danielle White and Joshua White; grandchildren Mark Quinn, Zane, Arden, Briar and Jonathan White; siblings Gary (Linda) Myers and Katie (Bill) Morris as well as a host of family and friends including their church family. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Community Church, 525 Glenn Ave. with Pastors Jay Lucas and Sean Fox officiating with a private burial to follow at the Kirkwood Cemetery in London. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
