NANCY (BAUGHN) LOYD, age 75, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Miami Valley Hospital in Daytonl.

She was born on August 25, 1947 in Washington CH, to the late Leo and Mary Pavey Baughn.  Nancy had attended the Washington City Schools, worked in housekeeping at Carlton Manor for nearly twenty years and retired from J&J Restaurant after 31 years of service.  She enjoyed watching her favorite tv program, Gunsmoke, working in her flower beds and sitting on the front porch in her rocker with her dogs, Angel and Winston.

Survivors include her children, Marianne Hall Guzman, Jesse (Felicia) Hall, Patricia Sciacca, and Jennifer Cottrell; her Grandchildren, Brian Morris, Ryan Saxour, Seth Saxour, Chelsea Saxour, Joshua Hall, Brant Hall, Jessica Hall, Samantha Hall, Dustin (Ashley) Sciacca, Zachery (Jennifer) Sciacca, Travis Ivey and Autumn Ivey as well as forty great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother, Randy (Becky) Baughn and and numerous friends of the family. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Earl Loyd, Jr. on November 28, 2020, her son; Michael Cottrell, as well as her siblings, Carolyn Toppins and Thomas Baugh.

The graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Fairview Cemetery of Jeffersonville with Rev. David Hall officiating.  Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until noon at the SummersFuneral Home.
