NICHOLAS ALLEN "NICK" COOK, age 33, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022 at his home. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on June 12, 1989 in Crawford County, Ohio to Danny Allen and Cynthia Ann (Burkart) Cook. He was a 2008 graduate of Washington High School. Nick attended Hocking College and The Los Angeles Film School where he studied music. Nick was currently employed at Super Sport Pizza & Wings. Nick was eccentric and extremely artistic. He enjoyed EDM (Electronic Dance Music), attending concerts, playing video games, and designing logos for concert t-shirts.

Nick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amos and Loraine Cook, and Al and Alice Burkart; and aunt, Jane Burkart.

Survivors include his parents, Dan and Cindy Cook; his brothers, Chris Cook and his fiancé, Heather Manning, and Matt (Jessika) Cook; niece, Sadie; nephews, Brantly and Jensen; aunts and uncles, Sam and Denise Cook, Susan and Peter Wade, and Steven and Dana Burkart; cousins, Courtney Cook, Whitney Cook, Allie Wade, and Natalie Burkart; and special friends, Jordan Souther, Kyler Kelley and his Super Sport Pizza & Wings family.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
