NORMA JEAN PENDERGRAFT, age 76, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 8:12 p.m. at her home. She was born on November 29, 1937 to James Sr. and Mary Wilson Mossbarger. She had worked as a caregiver for many years and most of all took pride in taking care of her family. Norma was a member of the VFW #3762. Norma was preceded in death by her parents and brother James "Bud" Mossbarger. She is survived by her husband Junior Pendergraft, whom she married on March 18, 1955; her son James and his wife Jennifer Pendergraft; grandchildren Michelle, Hayley and Hayden; great-grandson Sean, as well as sisters Mary Lou Knisley of Chillicothe and Francis (Jerry) Crawford; sister-in-law Sue Mossbarger all of Washington CH as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the South Side Church of Christ in Washington CH, with Ray Vance of the South Side Church officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
