PAMELA JEAN "PAM" MEADOWS, age 67, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at 10:50 p.m. at the Adena Fayette Medical Center. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

She was born on May 16, 1954 in Fayette County to Zene and Darlene (Wheeler) Duncan. She was a graduate of Miami Trace High School. After graduating from nursing school she worked at Carlton Manor for several years. She enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, cooking, gardening and being with her family.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jennifer Bryan; and siblings, Danny Duncan, Melody Carner, and Cathy Dudley.

Survivors include her life companion of 40 years, Samuel F. "Sam" Morgan; son, David Morgan; grandchildren, Trenton Kuhn, Cierra Kuhn, Coty Kuhn, and Kaitlyn Kuhn; great-grandchildren, Jadelyn, Payton, Brantlee, Cayden, Jace, and Caysen; siblings, Sandy (John) Meadows, Ronnie Duncan, and Kim Duncan; special niece and caregiver, Sharon Cox; and best friends, Pam Dill and Ruthie Redden. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Senior Citizens Inc., 723 Delaware St., Washington CH, OH 43160.
