Phillip Kenton Spriggs was born on March 7, 1967 in West Union, Ohio. He was born to evangelist parents, Dr. Garry and Junice Spriggs who are residents of a care facility in Florida. He is survived by his wife, Crystal Spriggs, three children, Jessica Ashley and her fiancé Kevin, Daniel Kenton and his wife Caitlyn, and Bethany Ann and her husband Braydon, as well as two precious granddaughters, Molly and Lucy. He's also survived by his in-laws, Charles and Molly Berwinkle. He is also survived by his sister,  Debbie Hardy and her husband Ben, brother, Kevin and his wife Joy,  and his youngest brother, Tim.

Phil served in senior pastoral ministry for 33 years across 5 states. His passion for evangelism and a deeper walk with God will resonate with his congregations for many years to come.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Heritage Church at 7:00 p.m., 1867 Old US 35 NW, Washington CH, OH, 43160, there will be no calling hours prior to the service.
