PATRICIA "PAT" LOUISE HAINES, age 71, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She was born on December 22, 1944 in Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, David Haines and Coema Leaverton. She also leaves behind two sisters, Karen Clay Riddle of Sabina and Claudia Haggard of Washington CH and special life time friend, Susie Price. Special gratitude to Connie Burris of Sabina. Pat was loved and will be missed by every life she touched. She was truly a special person. She lost her battle but fought courageously for many years with her health issues. Gratitude to the entire Leaverton family. She's with the angels now so we ought to rejoice in that. We love you Pat, until we're together again. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Leaverton officiating. Cremation will follow.
