PATRICIA DIANE "PATTY" MEDLEY, age 69, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 5:50 p.m. at St. Catherine's Manor of Washington CH.

She was born on February 29, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to Cecil and Agnes (Plank) Medley. She was a 1970 graduate of Miami Trace High School and a 1984 graduate of Southern State Community College as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Patty last worked at the former Wintersong Village. She had attended the Anchor Baptist Church. Patty was also a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles #423. She enjoyed going to Flea Markets and concerts.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents; infant sister, Teena Medley; and her beloved canine companion, Jake.

Survivors include her brothers, Donald "Donnie" (Maureen) Medley, Doyle "Butch" (Denise) Medley, and Randy Medley; niece, Desiree (Donnie) Willman; great nieces, Kaliana and Kynzlie; great nephew, Kaiden; special sister, Debbie Medley; and her aunt, Roma Marshall. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Good Hope Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
