PATSY LOUISE FENTERS, age 76, of Piketon, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 8:38 p.m. surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 15, 1943 in Fayette County to Howard and Dorothy Shiltz Runnels. She was a graduate of Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Patsy stayed at home to raise her children. She enjoyed watching old westerns and wrestling, being with her family, and loved her dogs.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; and daughter-in-law, Jessica Pearl Stritenberger.

Survivors include her significant other of many years, John S. Schreckenjaust; children, Tammy (Shannon) Dudley, Sherry Stritenberger, Timothy Stritenberger, and John Schreckenjaust; grandchildren, Kearsten, Caidence, Brooklyn, Haylee, Jazmin and her fiancé, Brandon, Jordan, Javin, Jacob, Michael, Alexis, Allen, Travis, and Trina; great-grandchildren, Kye, Blakley, and Baby Boy Karson arriving in December; and siblings, Juanita Runnels, and Eddie Dean. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Summers Funeral Home to help cover final expenses.

A viewing will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 10-12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home.
