PHYLLIS DARLENE ADAMS, age 65, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at her home while surrounded by her beloved family.

She was born on October 16, 1959 in Columbus, Ohio to the late James and Helen (Bloomfield) Dawson. She attended Westfall High School until her tenth-grade year and was a 1977 graduate of Lawrence County High School in Louisa, Kentucky. Phyllis was a homemaker and stay-at-home Mom. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her brothers, James Dawson, Robert Dawson, and Steve Dawson.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Walter Thomas "Tom" Adams, Jr., whom she married on May 26, 1978; her children, Jason (Lisa) Adams, and Leanne (Chris) Myers; grandchildren, Alexis (Evan) McGlone, Gabriel Adams, Chloe (Jacob) Young, Tommy Adams, Gavin Sheets, Claire Connor, Natalie Connor, Emily Myers, Maddie Myers, and Ethan Myers; great-grandchildren, Anna, Parker, Blakely, Ella, and Lainey; and siblings, Chester Dawson, and Anna (Jeff) Leisure. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held.
