PHYLLIS KAYE FREE, age 85, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 11:17 a.m. at Court House Manor.

She was born on January 2, 1936 in Highland County to Carl and Cornelia (Clark) Bradshaw. She lived thirty years in Columbus before relocating to Washington CH. Phyllis retired from The State of Ohio Department of Mental Health; she worked as a Fiscal Specialist.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; infant sister; and siblings, Betty Bradshaw, Donna Morgan and Bernard Bradshaw.

Survivors include her children, Steven Free and Tamara Boyer; and sister, Cozette Justice. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of very special friends.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
