RANDALL EUGENE "RANDY" HINKLEY, age 66, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2026 after a brief stay at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.

He was born on November 10, 1959 in Greenfield, Ohio to the late Melvin "Pat" and Sylvia Jean (Fowler) Hinkley. Randy was a 1978 graduate of Miami Trace High School and was a lifelong resident of Fayette County. Randy worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for the former Fayette Ambulance Service, the Fayette County Life Squad, and retired from Superior Ambulance Service out of Columbus. He enjoyed cooking out on the grill, spending time with his family, and was an avid Ohio State and Cincinnati Bengals fan.

Survivors include his children, Cody Huff, Alex Hinkley, Jenna Hinkley, and Bailey Hinkley; grandchildren, CorVin Huff, and Abigail "Abby" Gordon-Rice; wife, Rae Ann (Huff) Hinkley; and brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Tami Hinkley. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Randy's house, 546 Warren Ave., Washington CH, OH 43160.
