RICHARD LEE DIXON, age 65, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.

He was born on October 11, 1961 in Washington CH to Richard Lee, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann (Melvin) Dixon. He was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School. Richard retired from the Washington CH Waste Water Treatment Plant. He faithfully attended the Heart to Heart Christian Church. He enjoyed going to church, watching movies, bowling, and spending time with his family.

Richard is preceded in death by his father, Richard Lee Dixon, Sr.

Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Ann Dixon; siblings, Sandy (Greg) Shore, Letitia (Brent) Coy, and Cheryl Mills; uncles, Randy (Laura) Dixon, and Mark Gineman; special friend, Stephanie Jinks; and his extended family at Heart to Heart Christian Church. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
